As many of us prepare for a safe return to offices, we have to consider the cultural implications of bringing people back together after such a long and tumultuous time apart. The reality of our inequitable experiences, our participation (or lack thereof) in anti-racism work, and increasing demands on the social sector over the past year require us to be deliberate in how we bring people back together. While this moment can be rife with stumbling blocks, it also provides us the opportunity to refresh and strengthen organizational culture, and move the needle forward on equity and inclusion. Come learn how.

This session will cover:

- Navigating and supporting employee experience in a new context
- Facilitating effective conversations when coming back to the office
- Designing flexible and inclusive work and communication norms for hybrid offices (part in office, part work-from-home)
- Embracing equity and new inclusive workplace norms
